Scope of this policy
This Privacy Policy applies to all of our services, including any software-as-a-service (SaaS) platforms, and related services provided by us (“Our Services”), including this website (https://app.dynamicplanner.com/home/), but excludes separate services that have their own privacy policy. This Privacy Policy applies to Personal Data collected through your use of this website, including any data you may provide when you sign up to our newsletter, request information, register for an event or use Our Services.
Privacy of others
When providing Personal Data about other individuals, you confirm that you have obtained all necessary consents from those individuals, and you have a lawful basis to pass their Personal Data to us. In doing so, you acknowledge that you are acting as the Data Controller and that we are acting as the Data Processor. As a Data Controller, you acknowledge your obligations under all applicable Data Protection Laws.

Our Services and websites may contain links to other relevant websites, and services provided by our partners or third parties. This Privacy Policy does not cover those websites, products, or services, and we are not responsible for the way in which they process your Personal Data should you choose to use their services. The data we collect about you
“Personal Data” means any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person (“Data Subject”). An identifiable natural person is one who can be identified, directly or indirectly, in particular by reference to an identifier such as a name, an identification number, location data, an online identifier or to one or more factors specific to the physical, physiological, genetic, mental, economic, cultural or social identity of that natural person.
When such data is collected, used, stored or shared, we will ensure that it is relevant and limited to what is necessary for the purposes. We have grouped this data as follows:
- Identity Data includes first name, maiden name, last name, username or similar identifier, marital status, title, date of birth and gender.
- Contact Data includes billing address, delivery address, email address and telephone numbers.
- Financial Data includes bank account and payment details.
- Transaction Data includes details about payments to and from you and other details of services you have purchased from us.
- Technical Data includes Internet Protocol (IP) address, your login data, device type, browser type and version, time zone setting and location, browser plug-in types and versions, operating system and platform and other technology on the devices you use to access this website.

As Data Processor, we do not actively monitor the content submitted via Our Services. Basis for lawful processing

We make sure we consider and balance any potential impact on you (both positive and negative) and your rights before we process your Personal Data for our legitimate interests. Marketing
We strive to provide you with choices on how we contact you for the purposes of marketing Our Services. We have established the following Personal Data control mechanisms:

Disclosure of your Personal Data
Where we have to share your Personal Data with other parties set out below for the purposes detailed in the table above, we will ensure that is done appropriately in accordance with the agreed purposes:
- Single Sign On: Your organisation’s administrator (“OU Admin”) may have set up your systems so that you can logon to a third-party system and simply click on a link and be logged into ours without having to type in your credentials again. Your OU Admin may have also subscribed you to Our Services. Please refer to your OU Admin’s privacy policy for more information.
- External Identity providers: You or your OU Admin may be using a central identity service such as Unipass provided by Origo so that you can easily log in to multiple financial organisations. Please refer to the privacy policies of those organisations.
- Integration partners: To link Our Services to external financial investment platforms, you may have provided us with authentication details. Please refer to the privacy policies of those organisations.
- Local Authorities: We may need to provide your information to satisfy an applicable law, regulation, legal process or enforceable governmental request.
We require all third parties to respect the security of your Personal Data and to treat it in accordance with the law. We do not allow our third-party service providers to use your Personal Data for their own purposes and only permit them to process your Personal Data for specified purposes and in accordance with our instructions.
International transfers
We will not transfer or store your Personal Data outside the United Kingdom or European Economic Area (EEA) unless adequate safeguards are in place in accordance with applicable Data Protection Laws. Where required, we will inform you and obtain your consent or ensure that appropriate safeguards, such as Standard Contractual Clauses, are implemented.
Data security
We have put in place appropriate security measures to prevent your Personal Data from being accidentally lost, used or accessed in an unauthorised way, altered or disclosed. In addition, we limit access to your Personal Data to those employees, contractors and other third parties on a need-to-know business basis. Such persons are bound by strict contractual obligations of confidentiality and will only process your Personal Data on our instructions.
We have put in place procedures to deal with any suspected Personal Data breach and will notify you and any applicable regulator of a breach where we are legally required to do so.
Data retention
We will only retain your Personal Data for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes we collected it for, including for the purposes of satisfying any legal, compliance, accounting, or reporting requirements.
To determine the appropriate retention period for Personal Data, we consider the amount, nature, and sensitivity of the Personal Data, the potential risk of harm from unauthorised use or disclosure of your Personal Data, the purposes for which we process your Personal Data and whether we can achieve those purposes through other means, and the applicable legal requirements.
We may anonymise your Personal Data so that it can no longer be associated with you for research or statistical purposes in which case we may use this information indefinitely without further notice to you.
